As they did for December’s snowstorm, LMS will be returning tomorrow, 2/3/20, at 9:00 am to plow the common area parking lots. They will have a truck on each court and work their way to the middle of the community.
The following courts will need to move their vehicles by 9:00 am: Elm Terrace, Maple, Peach, and Plum Courts.
Residents, please move your vehicles to either a section that has been plowed or the pool parking lot. Please be prompt!
For all the roads that will follow, your indication to move your vehicles is once the trucks pull into your court. When your court is complete, return your vehicles to the common area parking spots so that the next court can use the pool parking lot.

Since becoming your management company in September 2019, we introduced you to Townsq – a communication platform which is accessible via web browser and mobile app and designed to improve communication between the Board, Associa, and members of the SROA.
TownSq provides numerous benefits and capabilities, including:
Making electronic payments for monthly dues
Submitting general inquiries or ACC modification request forms
Accessing various documents
Receiving text and email notifications about various Sun Ridge office and community matters
Voting for winners of holiday contests
We have found that TownSq is more cost-effective at providing the above benefits and offers a better way of communicating with the community than through other traditional methods, including mail and email.
We have mailed and emailed several invitations on how you can register and transition to this new communication platform offered by your HOA.
Going forward, TownSq will be the preferred communication method. Those that have not signed up will be granted an additional 90 days to register for Townsq.
The current emails you receive outside of the Townsq post will discontinue as of April 30, 2021.

Dave’s Disposal would like you to know that due to them closing their facility during inclement weather, this week’s trash pick-up will be on Saturday, 2/6/20, instead of tomorrow/Wednesday. Please plan accordingly and feel free to pass the information on to your neighbors.
With all the snow removal going on for the next few days, it will be important to not have the bins out before late Friday evening or by 5:00 am Saturday.
There is an expected snowstorm tomorrow. The snow removal team has advised that they will have heavy equipment on site. That being said, please make sure that there are NO vehicles parked on the roads, along the curbs, or at the dead-end parts of the street. The snow vehicles need to maneuver and turn without issues. Please let this also be a reminder of where you should be parking: in your garages, driveways, and if you need an additional spot, in the common area parking lot of your unit.
